Cancellation Policy: We (ANGELSLUXURYTRANSPORTATION) must receive your request for cancellation of our transportation services only by E-mail on raiding at least 48 hours before the service should start. If the transportation services you ordered are prepaid WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY if we do not receive your request for the cancellation at least 48 HOURS before the services should start. Thank you for your cooperation! To cancel your reservation: Only by E-mail E-mail us at WWW.ANGELSLUXURYTRANSPORTATION.COM . ANGELS LUXURY Policies and Terms By placing a reservation with ANGELS LUXURY you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize ANGELS LUXURY to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached. ANGELS LUXURY and its Affiliates' do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. ANGELS LUXURY and it's Affiliates reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies. Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time ANGELS LUXURY provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time (up to 45 minutes of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Update of Airport Transfer Flight Arrival Times ANGELS LUXURY and its Affiliates update all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, but the update are only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline or Airport. Point to Point Transfers ANGELS LUXURY provides up to a 10 minute grace period at pick-up; before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle + 20% gratuity billed in Ѕ hour increments (1 hour for Coaches and Buses). Point to Point Transfers include all Return Airport Transfers, Cruise Port Transfers, Point A to Point B Transfers and all non hourly reservations. Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums: Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in Ѕ hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. No-Show Policy On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time; if you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting ANGELS LUXURY by phone. Change Policy Requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to p/up. Orders & are subject to availability. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancel you will be charged in full for the order. Vehicle Request Policy ANGELS LUXURY and Affiliates reserve the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client's reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary by ANGELS LUXURY or its Affiliates. Rates & Billing: All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in Ѕ hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. ANGELS LUXURY rates are billed, including, applicable fees/taxes and a 20% Chauffeur service charge. If you feel would like to provide an additional gratuity it is at your sole discretion. If, you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity; it is at your sole discretion, and is only in addition to the 20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 20% Gratuity by providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur. Surcharges All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to; road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed to the client. Payment Methods ANGELS LUXURY accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. All charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Credit Cards are charged 48 hours prior to p/up time. ANGELS LUXURY Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur it will be considered an addl. gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from Chauffeur. Affiliate Service Policy ANGELS LUXURY utilizes, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients. Vehicle Images Vehicles Images listed on the ANGELS LUXURY Websites may differ from the actual vehicle; all ANGELS LUXURY . Affiliated vehicles are late model and impeccably maintained. Lost or Damaged Items ANGELS LUXURY and its Affiliates are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. ANGELS LUXURY reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The rate will be equal to the rate of an Airport Transfer to your location plus 20% Chauffeur gratuity. ANGELS LUXURY Affiliates and their Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client's request, but assume no liability for doing so. Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/ or Acts of Mother Nature ANGELS LUXURY and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc. Vehicle Damage/Cleaning The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($300 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($250, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($50, Replacement Set), Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000) etc. *Termination of any reservation by ANGELS LUXURY* or its Affiliates** ANGELS LUXURY reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the ANGELS LUXURY Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception. Rate Changes ANGELS LUXURY and its Affiliates reserve the right to change rates at any time without notice.

How does the pick-up work?
One of our professional chauffeurs will be standing at the pick-up locations 15 minutes prior to pick up time with signage. (If required, chauffeur will contact your cell phone).

We cater to all sorts of clientele, our packages range from but are not limited too Birthdays, Proms, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, corporate functions
Do you have special requests?
Yes, want a certain type of music?, want to surprise a loved one with a red rose and a bottle of champagne?...no request is to small or big..Just Ask!
What is the difference between a transfer and a charter?
- A transfer is from point a to b in town, and a charter is on an hourly basis and all vehicles have a three hour minimum except for the buses they have a five hour minimum.

We offer our clientele an "incomparable transportation experience" which means that a ride with us will not only be special but memorable.We at Angel luxury Transportation believe that our clients expect and deserve the highest quality of service available, and we offer just that.

Services

All Drivers are equipped with cellular phone and are provided instructions on the directions if need be for the passenger's destination to minimize any delay or any confusion.

Airport Transfers

We meet our guest in the 2nd level of the baggage claim area near the information booth. We will be holding a sign with the parties name that is provided. We meet the arriving flight according to the actual arrival time of the flight for the transfer so we don't waste your time or ours.

Airport Charters

We pick up passengers at pick up location. We then take passengers to the airport to meet their guest. Passengers can meet their guests with or without the drivers assistance. Then off to your destination. The Driver will assist in helping the passengers with their luggage in any why he or she can, if needed, in order to make the first part of the their experience with Superior Transportation the BEST it can be. If needed by our clients, the driver's cellular phone number can be provided to make any worries or confusions disappear.

Transfers / Charters

When the driver arrives at the pick up location, the driver will notify passengers of their arrival. The driver will assist with any packages or baggage if needed .
